Then apply now as a Fundraising Expert at Female Fellows e.V. in Berlin! As a Fundraising Expert, you will play a key role in securing financial resources to support our programs and projects aimed at empowering women with refugee and migration backgrounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fundraising strategy: Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve the financial goals of our organization.
- Crowdfunding strategy: Design and execute a successful crowdfunding strategy.
- Donor acquisition: Identify potential donors and sponsors, build relationships, and inspire them to support our mission.
- Event management: Plan and organize fundraising events and campaigns.
- Reporting: Prepare fundraising reports and present results to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in fundraising: Ideally, you have experience in crowdfunding or general fundraising.
- Creativity: Ability to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively present our mission and engage supporters.
- Relationship management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters.
- Independence: You work self-sufficiently and take initiative in your role.
