Simone, together with Masooma, leads the empowerment project in Stuttgart, which mainly focuses on organizing ongoing funding projects and the tandem matching process.

Fereshte has been responsible for event management since spring 2022.

Ghoufran has been volunteering as an interpreter at Female Fellows since April 2022.

Anne develops creative, sporty, and social event concepts that provide women with a safe space for cultural exchange.

As an enthusiastic cultural manager, Teresa supports the event team in Stuttgart in developing offerings for women, creating spaces, and facilitating valuable encounters.

Nagham takes over project coordination with Zarah in Bietigheim-Bissingen.

Eva is responsible for project coordination in Berlin. She primarily acts as the networker of our association and coordinates the internal coaching team.

Vediha oversees the internal team coordination and acts as a community builder by bringing new members and promoting Female Fellow’s mission. She also provides coaching for the team to ensure growth and development within the association.
