We Are Looking for a Dedicated and Compassionate Childcare Provider!
We are seeking an engaged and empathetic childcare provider who will enrich our events with enthusiasm and creativity. If you love working with children and creating a safe and joyful environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision and Care: Provide responsible supervision and care for children of different ages during our events.
- Activity Planning: Develop and implement creative and entertaining activities, games, and workshops tailored to the event and the children’s age groups.
- Safety Management: Ensure a safe environment for all children, including compliance with safety standards and quick response to emergencies.
- Communication: Maintain a friendly and professional exchange with parents and other event participants regarding the needs and well-being of the children.
- Event Team Support: Work closely with other team members to seamlessly integrate childcare into the overall event.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed training in education, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience in childcare, ideally at events or in group settings.
- A passion for working with children and the ability to respond to their needs.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in designing engaging activities.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- A first-aid course for children is a plus.
