HOURS: 2-5 hours per week
App Supporter at Female Fellows e.V.! As an App Supporter, you play a crucial role by responding to inquiries from our app and assisting our members of Female Fellows e.V. with any questions or concerns. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that our members feel well-supported.
We are building a complete team for the further development and maintenance of our app. Take a look at the tasks below to see if there’s something that suits you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to inquiries: Answer inquiries from our app and via email in a helpful and professional manner.
- App user testing and evaluation
- App translation (Arabic, Farsi, Spanish, French & other languages)
- Collecting and answering FAQs
- Improving and expanding app content
- Technical support: Assist users in troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on how to use the app.
- App development: Work with developers on improving and expanding our app.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the team to find solutions and continuously improve processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in customer support: Ideally, you have experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills: You have strong communication skills in German and English to effectively address the needs of our members.
- Friendly and service-oriented personality: Your positive and service-oriented attitude ensures a great user experience for our members.
- Technical understanding: You have a basic technical understanding and can explain complex information in a simple way.
