We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Coaching Experts to join Female Fellows e.V.!
As a Coaching Expert, you will have the opportunity to support women with refugee and migration backgrounds in their personal and professional development. Become part of our team and help us empower strong women while promoting an inclusive society.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Individual coaching: Support women with refugee and migration backgrounds in achieving their personal and professional goals.
- Mentoring: Guide and motivate participants on their journey toward independent and self-determined lives.
- Workshops & training sessions: Plan and lead workshops on topics such as personal development, career planning, self-confidence, and integration.
- Networking: Help participants build a strong network and establish valuable connections.
- Feedback & progress monitoring: Provide constructive feedback and continuously support women in their development.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the Female Fellows team to optimize the coaching process and provide the best possible support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in coaching or mentoring: Background in coaching, mentoring, or adult education, with a passion for empowerment and social justice.
- Intercultural competence: High level of cultural sensitivity and empathy, with an understanding of the challenges faced by women with refugee and migration backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Initiative and organizational skills: Ability to work independently and in a structured way, with enthusiasm for developing and implementing new ideas.
- Language skills: Good German and English skills required; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Farsi) are a plus.
