HOURS: 2-5 hours per week

    Would you like to take on responsibility and support Female Fellows as they expand into a new city?

    If you are passionate about organizing events, want to bring your love for creative events to life, and have a talent for planning and executing them, then this position could be just right for you! With us, you’ll have the opportunity to work creatively and contribute your own ideas to strengthen our community and design inspiring events. Our events range from workshops and seminars to networking events and cultural activities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Event Planning and Organization: You will take charge of planning and organizing inspiring events, workshops, seminars, and networking events for our members and partners.
    • Support for Event Organizers: You will serve as a point of contact and support for our event organizers, helping them bring their ideas to life.
    • Event Coordination: From conception to execution, you will coordinate our member and partner events.
    • Budget Planning and Control: You will manage event budgets and handle travel reimbursements for our members.
    • Contract Negotiations: You will search for suitable event venues and negotiate contracts.
    • Collaboration with Sponsors and Partners: You will work with sponsors and other partners to support our events.
    • Continuous Improvement: You will regularly evaluate our events and implement improvements.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in Event Organization: Ideally, you have experience in organizing events, preferably in the non-profit sector.
    • Creativity and Innovation: You are creative and innovative when designing events.
    • Organizational Skills: You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner.
    • Communication and Negotiation Skills: You have good communication skills and negotiation expertise.
    • Teamwork: You enjoy working in a team and bring initiative to the table.
    • Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
    • Intercultural Sensitivity: You have a passion for working in an intercultural environment.
