Would you like to use your research skills to help refugee women in Berlin find the support they need? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Female Fellows is looking for dedicated team members in Berlin to help us research and document support services for women with migration backgrounds in the city. With your help, we aim to expand and improve available resources to better support women in need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documentation and organization of information: Research and compile information to create a comprehensive database of support services.
- Contact and collaboration: Reach out to organizations and work closely with them to establish effective partnerships.
- Participation in team meetings and idea exchange: Take part in team meetings to discuss research progress and develop new ideas together.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience (preferred): Prior experience in refugee support or researching resources is an advantage.
- Strong research and organizational skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and systematically organize information.
- Interest in refugee support and counseling: Passion for working on issues affecting refugees and providing support.
- Motivation and commitment: A strong desire to help refugee women and understand their needs.
- Independent working style: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Language skills: Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
