TASKS:

• Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase our reach and brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo and video content that authentically represents our brand.

• Plan and conduct photo shoots and video productions.
• Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and foster interaction with our followers.
• Analysis and Optimization: Monitor the performance of our social media campaigns using analytical tools and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve our goals.
• Trend Scouting: Stay up to date with current trends and developments in social media and incorporate innovative ideas into our strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed training or a degree in media, communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in social media management as well as photography and videography.
• Solid knowledge of image and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of storytelling.
• Independent working style and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
