    If you are passionate about strengthening the local community and have a talent for coordinating and implementing projects, then the position of Regional Coordinator might be just right for you! With us, you have the opportunity to work creatively and contribute your own ideas to strengthen our regional presence.

    To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Regional Coordinator to lead the Berlin or Stuttgart location and coordinate our programs on-site.

    RESPOSIBILITIES:

    • Team Assembly: As a Regional Coordinator, you are responsible for assembling and coordinating a committed team. You support the selection of new team members and foster a productive and collaborative work environment (building and coordinating the Tandem-Matching and Event Group).

    • Onboarding: You oversee the onboarding of new team members and ensure they are familiar with program content and processes. You organize training sessions and workshops to keep the team up to date.

    • Project Management: You play a key role in planning, organizing, and implementing our goals. You keep track of all project steps and ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.

    • Communication and Networking: As the main contact for participants, team members, and external partners, you maintain strong relationships. You establish connections with other organizations and institutions to continuously expand our network.

    • Reporting: You prepare regular reports on the progress of programs and projects. You evaluate results and derive recommendations for action to continuously improve the quality of our work.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in Project Coordination: Ideally, you have experience in organizing projects, preferably in the non-profit sector.
    • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people.
    • Organizational Talent: You are well-organized and always keep an overview.
    • Independent Working Style: You work independently and take initiative.
    • Team Player: Your team-oriented mindset allows you to motivate and inspire others.
    • Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
